Pippa chose to have a photographic experience because she wanted to capture the deep, soulful connection she shares with her dogs—her constant companions, her joy, her reason for being. This wasn’t just a photo session; it was a tribute to the lives and love they’ve built together. As a dog trainer and agility instructor, her dogs are central to both her personal and professional identity, and the experience gave her a way to honour each of them—especially Dolce, her 14-year-old Miniature Pinscher who changed everything.

The photo session helped Pippa overcome a long-standing fear of vulnerability. What felt scary at first—being the focus of attention, opening herself up emotionally—became an incredibly positive, healing experience. The warmth, understanding, and skill of the team turned the session into something joyful. It allowed her to feel safe, seen, and celebrated. This was particularly meaningful as she recently lost one of her beloved dogs, making the memories captured even more precious.

Pippa’s story is one of transformation. After enduring a painful divorce, losing her horses, and undergoing major back surgery, she found herself in a dark and isolating place. But fate intervened when she rehomed Dolce—rejected from the show world due to crooked teeth—and everything changed. Dolce gave her focus, worth, and a new path that led to a rewarding career and a renewed sense of self. Her dogs quite literally saved her life, and she wakes up every day feeling blessed to see their faces.

Now, the artwork from that session hangs proudly in her home. These aren’t just portraits—they are windows into her heart. Seeing them every day brings her peace, joy, and a reminder of what truly matters. The photographs have transformed her space and her mindset, grounding her in love and resilience. They’ve helped her reconnect with herself and experience the world from a place of gratitude and quiet strength.

After her shoot Pippa wrote the following in our guest book
