YOUR EXPERIENCE

Everything you need
to know before
you say yes.

We know that deciding to do something like this takes courage. This page is here to answer every question before you've even had to ask it — so that when you do pick up the phone, all you feel is excitement.

 BEFORE WE BEGIN

Most people who contact us have one thing in common: they've been thinking about doing this for a long time.

They love their dog deeply. They want something beautiful to show for it. And something — nerves, timing, uncertainty about what it involves — has kept them from taking the next step.

If that's you, you're in exactly the right place. Here's everything that happens, from the moment you reach out to the moment your artwork is on your wall.

 THE THINGS PEOPLE WORRY ABOUT

Every concern
we've ever heard —
and the honest answer.

We've welcomed hundreds of families and their dogs into the studio. We've heard every worry. Here are the most common ones — and why none of them should stop you.

"My dog will never sit still long enough."

We're not looking for still. We're looking for real — and real is what happens naturally when your dog is being themselves. We know how to work with every kind of energy, every breed, every personality.

"I'm not comfortable in front of a camera."

You won't feel like you're in front of one. Our entire approach is built around making you forget we're there — so what we capture is you and your dog, not you performing for a lens.

"My dog is nervous in new environments."

We know this. We allow plenty of time for settling in. The studio is calm, quiet and designed to feel safe. We'll follow your dog's lead — never push, never rush.

"I don't know what to expect."

That's exactly what this page is for. Read on — and if you still have questions, call us. We'd love to talk it through.

"Is this the right time?"

The honest answer: the right time is while they're here. Dogs age faster than we ever want to admit. The photographs that matter most are the ones taken before you wished you'd taken them sooner.

STEP ONE

Your Discovery Call

Where we learn what makes your dog — and your bond — completely unique.

→ Reach out by phone, message or our website — and one of our team will be in touch quickly to arrange a convenient time to talk.

→ During the call, we take the time to really get to know your dog — their personality, their quirks, the things that make them them. We'll also talk about who you'd love to share the experience with.

→ We'll discuss where in your home you'd most love to display your artwork — so that everything we photograph is shaped by where it's going to live.

→ We'll book your photographic experience and, wherever possible, schedule your design appointment for the same day — so you get to see your photographs while the feeling of the session is still fresh.

→ To hold your date, we take a £50 Booking Deposit which is refunded in full when you attend your Design Consultation.

We always make sure that everyone who'll be part of the artwork decision is included in the conversation before the day — so there are no surprises and no pressure at the design appointment. Just excitement.

STEP TWO

Your Photographic Experience

Not a photoshoot. A celebration — of your dog, your bond, and who you are together.

→ Your session takes place at our North Devon studio. We allow up to two hours — though we never rush, and we always follow your dog's lead.

→ Everything we photograph is guided by what we learned in your Discovery Call. We already know what matters to you — so from the moment you arrive, we're capturing it.

→ We work in a very natural way. There's no rigid posing, no awkward direction. The best photographs come from real moments — and we know exactly how to draw those out.

→ We'll have made several warm-up calls with you before the day so that arriving at the studio feels like visiting friends, not walking into something unknown.

By the time your session ends, you'll already know it's been special. The excitement of seeing the photographs — your dog, your relationship, captured exactly as it feels — is something our clients describe again and again as one of the most moving experiences they've had.

STEP THREE

Your Design & Viewing Appointment

The moment you see them for the first time. This is the part people never forget.

→ Often held the same day as your photographic experience, in the comfort of our private design room. Your appointment typically lasts around an hour.

→ Your photographs are presented to you for the very first time as a beautifully curated viewing — not a slideshow of files, but a proper, considered reveal of everything we captured together.

→ Your personal design consultant sits with you to help you design your artwork — choosing the collection, the photographs and the arrangement that will look extraordinary in your home.

→ Every decision is made together, at your pace. Nothing is rushed, nothing is pressured. Our only job is to help you create something you'll love for the rest of your life.

We ask that everyone who'll be involved in the artwork decision joins you for this appointment — so that the moment you see your photographs, the people who matter most are right there beside you.

STEP FOUR

Your Artwork, Home.

The day it arrives is the day your home changes forever.

→ Once your artwork is ordered, it goes into production with our world-class master printers. Your finished pieces are typically ready within eight weeks.

→ Everything arrives finished, framed and ready to display — hand-crafted using the finest archival materials, built to last not just your lifetime, but your children's.

→ We can also arrange shipping anywhere in the UK and internationally, and can connect you with a professional installer for UK clients who'd like help displaying their artwork.

→ And then it's there. On your wall. Every morning. A reminder of the relationship you chose to celebrate — while you still had the chance.
